By selecting a subscription plan or add-on feature through the Kanak Loans app, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees using your selected payment method. All payments are processed through trusted and secure third-party payment gateways.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the "My Account" section within the app or by reaching out to our support team.

  • Cancellations will stop any future billing cycles.
  • Active services will remain accessible until the end of the current billing period.

3. Refunds

Standard Policy: As a standard policy, payments once made are non-refundable.

However, in the event of:

  • • Duplicate charges,
  • • Erroneous transactions, or
  • • Unintended payments,

you may contact us within 3 business days of the transaction to request a review.

Refund Process

  • • Upon validation, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
  • • Bank processing times may vary and could take up to 3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
